King Cha Cha "Palace of Thai Cuisine" is the newest generation of the King of Thai Noodle House family, which has many locations throughout San Francisco. At King Cha Cha, we are pleased to offer you the highest level of authentic Thai cuisine and service. Anthony Chaichana founded King of Thai Noodle House, the first authentic Thai noodle house in the US, nearly fifteen years ago with the vision of introducing America to the delicious diversity of Thai noodle dishes. Prior to that, most Americans knew only of Pad Thai, and had not had the opportunity to experience the variety of both the soups and stir-fried noodle dishes which are quickly becoming all time favorites. Just try our savory duck or chicken noodle soups, or our comforting Rad Nar or Pad See-Ew stir-fries and you will instantly agree. We are also proud to offer Anthony's exquisite renditions of many of the great traditional Thai entrees, curries, and fried rice specialties. Whether your tastes run to seafood, lamb, poultry, beef, pork, or vegetarian, Anthony has created a delectable dish with your dining enjoyment in mind. Throughout his culinary career, Anthony Chaichana has been an avid aficionado of Thai, Chinese, and European cuisines. He is acknowledged throughout the Thai community as a master chef. He has personally trained the chefs at all the King of Thai Noodle Houses. Now, with his crowning achievement of King Cha Cha Palace of Thai Cuisine, he is eager to share his wealth of gastronomic expertise with you firsthand by preparing for you his original creations. Nothing makes him happier than to treat each customer like royalty, lavishing upon them the highest degree of traditional Thai service in this palatial setting, while regaling them with tales of his homeland, or sharing with them the history and secrets of Thai cooking as only he can.
