There are 150 large and medium corn deep processing enterprises in China, in which, the capacity of 16 enterprises exceeds 1 million ton respectively, and 44 enterprises exceed 500 thousand ton respectively.
In 2013, the output of corn deep processing product reduced significantly, the operating rate was low in general, and the overall profit was poor. In 2014, it does not turn good, in the first half year of 2014, the net profit of starch decreases 34.48% over the same period of last year; Global Bio-chem Technology Group's sales revenue decreases 27.88% over the same period of last year and incurs loss of CNY 1.342 billion; and Henan Lianhua Gourmet Powder Co., Ltd decreases 17.35% and losses CNY 61.976 million.
It is expected that the development of corn deep processing industry will turn out well in the second half year of 2014. Huidian Research predicts the main business revenue of related enterprises will maintain grow and profit level will be improved.
