We only offer delivery and setup to campgrounds at this time. You choose the campground location, and we will ensure the trailer is ready! The base rate is $150 up to 15 miles, $250 up to 30 miles, $400 up to 60 miles, and $700 up to 120 miles. The Setup Fee is $150 and includes setup/breakdown, trailer leveling, electrical connection, and plumbing (grey/black tanks). Dumping is extra if not connected to sewage during the visit.
At no additional cost, we include: - Bath towels (4) - Linens provided for Main, Loft & Bunk only (Must bring your bedding if using couch pullouts) - Pillows for Master only - Blackstone grill for cooking outside - Adult outside chairs (4) - Outside RV mat - Broom/Swiffer, handheld vacuum, dustpan, paper towels, RV toilet paper, and other cleaning supplies

Please note we are not responsible for campground reservations – including cancellations due to COVID. All campground reservations must be made separately from your reservation with us with the campground’s reservation agency. All campground and campsite fees are separate from and in addition to the rental price and costs under this agreement. No refunds will be given for campsite reservation errors. I’m happy to provide any information you need about the trailer to book. Please allow 1.5 hours from available check-in/out time for trailer set up and take down. For example, if the camping site is available for check-in at 2 pm, your check-in with me & trailer will be 3:30 pm or later. For checkout, if it is 11 am at the RV site, your checkout time will be approximately 9:30 am or earlier. It is the renter’s responsibility to make sure the site booked at the campground can and will accommodate the trailer being rented.
