Silhouette at 4S Ranch

4S Ranch is a Master Planned Upscale Community located in the San Diego North County Inland area. Located just off I-15, about 20 miles north of Mission Valley, 4S Ranch has been under development for more than 10 years. It opened with new homes for sale in 2001 and since then it has grown into a vibrant community with parks, walking trails, a town center and about 3,800 homes with over 11,000 residents. New homes are currently for sale and under construction.

One of the new developments is Silhouette which is in its final phase release. If you qualify (I recommend getting pre-approved even before you go look at any home to purchase) the builder has incentives as much as $25,000. Incentives may include selective lots, granite kitchens with a full back splash and stainless steal appliances.
