We combine local ingredients & three generations of experience to create the finest hand crafted pasta and ravioli in San Diego. Located at Liberty Station in the Liberty Public Market. Our pasta is made with the best semolina and durum flours you can buy, cage free eggs sourced locally in San Diego County and natural flavorings and spices, many of which are organic. We use all of these great ingredients to make our delicious pastas on site everyday.
