Restaurant Description
Osetra Watergrill (formerly known as Osetra the Fish House) has undergone extensive renovation to become San Diego's premiere destination for fresh, gourmet seafood, prime-aged meats, and handmade pastas from the culinary traditions of Europe, America, and the Pacific Rim. When guests walk in the door they are awestruck by the showcase three-story wine tower which houses our award-winning selection of wines retrieved by "Wine Angels" flying through the air. The ground floor is the newly launched E5 Lounge. Flush with chic ivory chairs, soft chocolate couches, and a mosaic fireplace, word is quickly spreading that E5 is the place to see and be seen while enjoying an eclectic tapas menu and fresh cocktails. To compliment this inviting, social atmosphere is the smooth styling's of Flamenco, Jazz, Blues, and Latin guitar on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The nightlife is stepped up a notch on Fridays and Saturdays with live DJ's spinning house and ambient grooves.
