Assure is a back office provider for Private Equity Firms and groups that are doing private transaction through special purpose vehicles (SPVs). We do tax, legal, administrative, compliance and fund accounting work. We are not an accounting firm or a law firm so we do not advise clients on the their structure but after the decision is made we can do everything from there. Our objective is to help the clients focus their relationships and doing deals while we do the busy work.
