The unit is clean & comfortable with 2 smart tv's & wifi. A Keurig, microwave, mini-fridge/freezer. In season, explore the lake using available kayaks/paddleboard. Parking for 3 cars. Minutes from Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village shops. Just a short drive to NH seacoast, white mountains, foliage, and skiing

This is a large private above garage guest house. There are two private bedrooms (one queen bed and one full) and there is a queen size futon bed in an additional room. The bathroom is accessed through the room with the futon. This unit does not have a full kitchen.
