There is a rear patio with beautiful palms and privacy with picnic table with umbrella and gas barbeque grill. All linens and towels and kitchen utensils/appliances are included. Microwave and Dishwasher and side/side fridge and large convection oven and glass stove top with 5 burners and granite counter tops in kitchen. Laundry facilities on premises.. Carport with side entry to enter dry when raining (Rain go way and come back another day) and plenty of parking. The beach is a short walk and the sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico are spectactular. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The is also St Pete Beach Community Center with a large pool facility within walking distance. Winn Dixie grocery is across the street within walking distance. There are miles of beaches and Hotels with restaurants and live entertainment with public access as you walk the beach. Property is 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 90 minutes from Disney World in Orlando.
