This home was made for small or large families, friendly gatherings, wine tasting events, those in the gambling mood, week-long or weekend getaways, work conferences or trips and much more. With the home being a single level home, it provides easy access to those with limitations. The completely fenced in backyard make it great for those with pets and the board games, backyard games, toys, books, DVD’s, Pack-n-Play, stroller, high chair and more make traveling with kids and toddlers a breeze.

Every Bedroom, Living Room and Family are quipped with a FireStick or Roku Smart TV with streaming apps available for you to use or create your own login such as NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Network TV, Vudu, Dish, Directv and much more.

MASTER BEDROOM - This massive room is larger than most hotel rooms. the Master includes a brand new King size bed set and a new Queen size bed set. End table equipped with 2 charging ports for easy charging and a lamp and alarm clock. Beautiful large wood dresser with plenty of room to unpack with a large mirror attached. Open closet with 2 racks for items needing hung and hangers. Private Bathroom includes a beautiful wood Vanity, toilet and shower with a bathtub and removable shower head. Master also has its own entrance that opens up to the back patio in the fenced in backyard. Separate laundry room also located in the Master Bedroom for easy access. (for larger groups, this room also includes 2 Queen size air mattresses should they be required. Please ask in advance.) This Master Bedroom alone offers more than most expensive hotel rooms and counts for just one of the many rooms the home has to offer.

BEDROOM #2 - Bedroom #2 is located next to the Master Bedroom and includes a comfortable queen bed set, end table with built-in USB PORTS, Lamp, Alarm Clock, Fire Smart TV, DVD player with DVD’s, ceiling fan and open closet. Also included is a pack n play should you need it.

BEDROOM #3 - Bedroom #3 is located right off the Living room & includes same high quality queen bed set, wooden end table with built-in USB Ports, alarm clock and lamp, matching tall dresser with a Roku Smart TV. This cozy bedroom opens up to the Living Room through 2 beautiful French doors w privacy curtains and a door to the Dining Room. Exterior door is nailed shut and cannot be opened from in or outside.

FENCED IN BACKYARD - This is the perfect backyard for a day or evening gathering. Patio seating, additional seating in the yard, BBQ Pit, Fire Pit, the game of backyard yahtzee, Kan Jam, washers and Bags. The backyard is fenced with a gate to the front yard and a gate to the back parking spot. Great for pets to run around and use the restroom (please clean up after your pets). Guests will have access to the back parking spot and the street parking in front of the home. Backyard is also decorated with 8 strands of outdoor lights for the perfect night time get together.

LIVING ROOM - Located when walking in the front door and connected to the kitchen, is furnished with a brand new extremely comfortable Sectional with a pull out Sofa Bed that can be used as an additional sleeping area or bedroom. An accent chair in the corner with an end table and coffee table. Across the room sits the FireStick Smart TV on a TV stand. (An additional queen air mattress is available for large groups. Please ask in advance.)

KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully stocked with almost anything you will need for cooking any meal. This also includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, utensils, children dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, pizza trays, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, can opener, wine opener, dishwasher, dishwasher detergent, dawn soap, cups, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, sugar, flower, oil, salt and pepper, coffee and many other spices. DINING ROOM - LARGE Dining area located right outside of the kitchen. This large table seats 8-12 people. Perfect gathering spot for family meals, game night, Holiday get togethers or just hanging out. Be able to conversate with those in the kitchen and in the family room.

FAMILY ROOM - Located right outside the Master and 2nd Bedroom and off of the Dining Room, the Family room is perfect to enjoy some company or relax after a long day. Furnished with a couch, chair, 2 end tables, lamps, Smart Fire Stick TV and TV stand.

COVERED PORCH and SCREENED IN PORCH - Right outside the front door, enjoy the neighborhood by sitting in one of the provided chairs under the front covered porch. Located right outside of the kitchen and the perfect spot for some peace and quiet, the Screened-In Porch is great to drink your morning coffee, read, relax or keep those in the kitchen company. A beautiful brand new patio set is provided with 2 chairs and middle glass top table. This is such a great spot you will enjoy.

ACCESSIBLE - Enter the home up a small lip and wide layout. Very convenient for those with handicaps, walkers, canes, etc. There are 2 stairs that separate the Dining Room and Family Room. By sleeping in Bedroom 3, you will be able to bypass the 2 stairs. Wall Handle has been installed.

Whether you are an early bird or night owl, Main Street St. Charles is the place to visit. If you enjoy shopping and amazing meals, wake up early with enough to keep you busy until night. If you are in the mood to have a few laughs and dance, don’t miss out on the night life. Just Minutes away with easy access to Hwy 70 and Hwy 370. About 10 minutes to the STL Airport. About 10 minutes from STL Airport and less than 5 min to two major highways, experience easy access to anywhere in the St. Charles/St. Louis area. Short 10 minute walk to Main Street Shops, Restaurants & activities with the St. Charles Trolly providing rides daily and Uber/Lyft available should you find yourself ready to just get there.

LAUNDRY ROOM - Washer and Dryer located in the Master Bedroom. We will provide enough detergent and dryer sheets for your first several loads.

BEDDING - To ensure that you will have a memorable night sleep, our homes are equipped with some of the highest valued and extremely comfortable mattresses, sheets, pillows and blankets.

STRESS FREE STAY - Should you forget something.... The entire house is stocked from the kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, etc. Trying to spend a day shopping or a night out? Plenty of Shopping centers and restaurants to choose from.

Headed down town St. Louis? Easy uber ride or drive. Only around a 20 -25 min drive. Visit Saint Louis. This vacation home is located in St. Charles Historic District, a neighborhood in St. Charles, and is near theme parks. Pere Marquette State Park and Missouri River reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Centene Community Ice Center and Kokomo Joe's Family Fun Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Par-Tee Recreation Center, or check out an event or a game at Family Arena. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
