Located in the Central West End, Savor features three stunning dining rooms with four fireplaces, a full service wine bar and lounge, and a wine cellar with a private Chef's Table. Our menu at Savor reflects the diversity of ingredients, seasonings and preparations that have made their way from the far reaches of the world to find their place in the American palate. And while the compass for our cooking is what tastes great, we make every effort to ensure that it doesn’t become yet another example of careless fusion cuisine. We are committed to crafting culturally honest food that celebrates the roots, spirit and fundamental flavors of a particular region while maintaining a singular style. We have taken liberties with many classic cuisines, making adjustments to appeal to our sensibility, but we are focused on keeping the dishes authentic at heart. We at Savor hope to create a St. Louis neighborhood restaurant different from any other.
