James Hacking is the owner and founder of Hacking Law Practice, LLC., an immigration law firm in Kirkwood, MO. Licensed in both Missouri and Illinois courts, Jim Hacking has more than 13 years of experience representing people and small businesses. Attorney Jim Hacking attended Saint Louis University School of Law and graduated with honors. He has practiced law in the greater St. Louis area since 1997. Since, 2007 he has focused his practice primarily on immigration law ranging from spouse and employment visas, citizenship, asylum and deportation cases. Jim is the founding member of the St. Louis Chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, served on the U.S. Attorney's Hate Crimes Task Force and currently chairs the Muslim Task Force of the ACLU of Eastern Missouri. Jim has been featured in The New York Times, the Washington Post and on National Public Radio.
