Restaurant Description
The Bar-B-Que Shack was founded in Fort Worth, Texas, where we spent years perfecting our Hickory Smoked Barbeque meats. We decided to come North to Chicagoland to "spread the word" on authentic Texas Barbecue. Opened in the beginning of 2005, our small restaurant has already grown beyond our expectations. Featuring authentic Barbecue and Cajun food, domestic and imported beer as well as delivery service and custom catering, we look forward to expanding even further in 2006 with our new outdoor patio and full service bar.
