Insights Group is an outpatient group therapy practice located in the NH Seacoast. Insights Group is made up of a talented team of nine clinicians, each with their own areas of clinical expertise such as eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance abuse, trauma, perinatal mental health, relationship issues, LGBTQ individuals and more. Our therapists used evidence-based treatments to bring you changes that will last a lifetime. We offer in person and telehealth appointments.
