Inside, you'll find a comfy living space with a fully stocked kitchen. Cozy sleeping areas, fireplace, TV with lots of DVDs and plenty of room for meals, games, and quality time. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee under the awning or gather around a campfire for s'mores and stargazing.

Few things to note:
No smoking in trailer
No pets on bed or furniture
No wet pets in trailer
No burning man
No festivals
No climbing on the roof
No cooking of strong-smelling foods inside: Foods like fish, curry, or anything with a strong odor can linger in the RV and be difficult to remove.
Do not put food or grease down kitchen sink drains.
Report any damages or malfunctions immediately.
Do not take RV off road.
No alterations or modifications of any kind.


If you are boondocking or at a site that has no power, you will need to either bring a generator or rent one from us. (2500 watts or greater) You will need it to power the TV, Electric fireplace, microwave, and electrical plugs. Solar power can keep the minimal going (fridge, lights, etc).
