PARKING SPOT 10 SECOND WALK AWAY, Four Winds is a two bedroom condo located directly on Tuna Wharf. If you love the sound of lapping water, you will fall in love with this special space. The first floor contains a galley kitchen with a gas stove. all essential cooking supplies are present. There is a slider off the kitchen that leads to a couple of adirondack chairs to soak in the view and sunshine.The first floor bedroom has its own sitting area, with a slider going out to the wharf. Adirondack chairs are waiting for you.There is a queen bed and an extremely comfortable down filled sectional in this bedroom. The bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the first floor. The second floor bedroom which has a queen bed also contains its own sitting area. There is also a Max Versailles soaking tub and a Roland intelligent digital piano. This space was renovated in 2012. There is a small deck with an outstanding view of Rockport harbor off the second floor bedroom. There are 10 windows on three sides to insure an ocean breeze at all times. I am unable to rent to anyone with young children due to the drowning danger. Thank you!

Located in Rockport, this condo is in the city center and on the waterfront. Motif No 1 and Paper House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Thatcher Island National Wildlife Refuge and Ravenswood Park. Schooner Adventure and Maritime Gloucester are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and hiking/biking trails nearby.
