From the ground floor foyer, either step onto the marsh view deck or enter the newly renovated and well-appointed open plan kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting area with picture window and half bath. Graceful spiral stairs bring you to the second floor master bedroom with deck, lots of light and exceptional ocean and marsh views.

EXTERIOR
There are two decks: one is on the main level with outdoor furniture for dining. The second deck is off of the upstairs bedroom.
PARKING
There is space for two cars in the newly graveled parking area.
Located in Rockport, this vacation home is near the beach. Paper House and Motif No 1 are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Thatcher Island National Wildlife Refuge and Ravenswood Park. Schooner Adventure and Maritime Gloucester are also worth visiting.
