There is a 10 x 25 slip avail. for your boat and a 12 x 12 sundeck .Perfect location for skiing, tubing,kayaking,canoeing and fishing. Our house has been recently remodeled, (lodgey theme) it has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is 1400sq. ft. We have a 52'tv in the living room hooked up to direct tv and a gas fireplace for those chilly days.The kitchen has been outfitted with everything you could need,condiments included, so leave your stuff at home.Washer , dryer and a charcoal grill are provided, don't forget your charcoal.New 14 x 25 covered deck is done,with plenty of seating and rustic charm, its sweet.A cedar sided tiki hut that I built is now installed and ready to go. It has a 12 x 14 deck with a cover. It has a thick pine slab bartop. It is down by the water and really sweet. Let me know if you want one built.Hang the hammack between two trees and take a nap.
The house is located off of 'J' road and the little niangua arm, It is ten minutes to woods grocery store and many restaurants. Ha Ha Tonka state park is 20 minutes away.
