The History of Mojitos Grill is located at 6108 Winthrop Town Centre Avenue in Brandon, Florida in the Winthrop Town Centre on the Southeast corner of Providence and Bloomingdale. Dallas Owens was born and raised in Miami, Florida were many of his personal and professional "tastes" still derive from. After graduating from High School in Tampa, Florida he attended Florida State University. Dallas' heart has always been in the food and entertainment business. As a 15 year old teenager in Miami, he had an events planning business with his best friend Adam Rich that provided music and entertainment for events ranging from birthday parties to weddings and even corporate events. In 1996, at the age of 20, he started what would become an extremely successful manufacturing business based in Central Florida. After building the company into a multi-million dollar corporation, he sold in November 2004 to an investment group to follow his dream as a restaurateur. After working with a local restaurant group, Dallas was able to gain enough knowledge and experience to branch out to Mojitos Grill. His philosophy in business as well as his personal life is to give the people what they want perfectly, EVERY time!
