The unit does not come with a separate generator but can connect to standard 30 amp service and city water which is usually available at most every camp ground. Trailer has a unloaded vehicle weigh of approximately 3570 lbs and a gross vehicle rating weight of 4750 lbs. Vehicle comes standard with electric trailer brakes.
