Sleeps 5-6* Queen-size bed for adults, 2 bunk beds with comfortable mattresses for teens/kids, and a *dinette that converts to a child-size bed. We have fit 2 small children (toddler size) on that bed comfortably. *Fresh linens available for a small fee.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge, 2-burner stove, microwave, and sink. Stocked with basic pot, pan, strainer, cheese grater, peeler, knives, forks, spoons, plates, bowls, cups, cutting board, mixing bowls, hot pads, tea kettle, percolator coffee pot, 2 camp style coffee cups, spatula, tongs, can opener and 2 dish towels provided.

Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower and toilet for convenience. Hand sanitizer, septic safe toilet tissue provided.

Comfort: Air conditioning and heating to keep you cozy in any weather.

Outdoor Setup: Awning for shade, outdoor rug, 2 camp chairs, 5 gallon potable water jug provided.

Towing: Lightweight design, towable by most half-ton trucks or SUVs (check your vehicle’s towing capacity). Weight distribution hitch available, if needed.

Camper is equipped with a back up camera for easy parking.

Have a Dog, no problem. We charge a one time fee for a small-medium size dog. NO CATS allowed in camper, as owner is allergic. Thank you.
