This privately owned Luxury RV Lot is set up with a TURN-KEY fully stocked RV that can sleep 8 and is great for large groups or families! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, there is a LOFT with two rooms that can sleep 3-4. Perfect for kids! The living room has a comfy Queen pull out sofa bed.

The kitchen is VERY spacious with plenty of space to cook! The unit comes with a toaster oven and a coffee maker. There is a dining table inside and plenty of dining space outside! All linens are included!

There are NO REAR NEIGHBORS and the Lot comes with outdoor furnishings and a park like setting with beautiful landscaping. There is plenty of seating and entertaining area as well as a firepit area.

The Resort is located adjacent to Westgate's River Ranch Resort and Dude Ranch! As a guest in the RV Resort, you have unlimited access to all of the amenities at Westgate. Enjoy a LIVE Rodeo every Saturday night, horseback riding, hayrides, a Western store, a General store, petting zoo, zip lining, waterfront restaurant, public boat ramp, boating, tennis, basketball, skeet shooting and more!
