Four beds in total: Queen bed in the front with a privacy curtain, dinette that folds into a bed, and two bunks in the back. Plenty of space with the slideout. This is perfect for your outdoor adventure. Can sleep 4-5 comfortably. Lots of storage inside and out. Comes with everything you need to have a great vacation- sheets, sleeping bags, blankets, towels, dishes, utensils, hot dog sticks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, pots and pans, etc. Perfect size for taking anywhere.

The GVWR on this Trailer is 4500 lbs. You must have a properly equipped vehicle to tow this trailer, including, but not limited to: hitch receiver, 7 way plug, trailer brake controller, proper towing capacity ect. Do you have such a vehicle? We are not responsible if renter does not come with a properly equipped vehicle and no refunds will be given. Weight Distribution Hitch(2 5/16) and trailer brake controller are Required. Do you have them? If not we have some for rent

Trailers are covered by Commercial Insurance, but renter is responsible for Liability insurance through their tow vehicle coverage. A form will be provided for your insurance agent to fill out.

Traveling to Burning Man or any area within 100 miles of the location where burning man is held is strictly prohibited(At any time of the year). Any person’s not disclosing Burning Man travel destination will be held liable for 3 times nightly rates, $45/ft of length of RV for cleaning fees, and subject to additional non-disclosure fee of $3000. No refunds will be given for cancellations to those intending to travel to Burning Man.
Vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking device. Traveling to No Travel Zones will be subject to a fee of up to $5000. Tampering with or disabling the GPS device will result in a fee of up to $5000.
