Our 2020 Aspen Trail RV sleeps up to 10 people on FIVE separate beds. It has 28 feet of living space. There is a large slide-out providing lots of room in the living area. It sleeps 10 with a new QUEEN bed in the master (10-inch memory foam and innerspring mattress), double over double bunk beds (300 lbs weight limit per bunk), and the dinette booth and sofa each fold out to large beds that fit two adults each. Clean linens, quilts and pillows are provided for the queen and bunk beds. Mattress pads are provided for the table and couch beds. Extra bedding for couch and table beds can be provided upon request.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, three-burner stove, small oven, microwave, sink and ample counter and storage space. It is stocked with the essentials, including non-shattering plates, cups and bowls, silverware, pots and pans, kitchen knives, cooking utensils, measuring cups and spoons, a can opener, large mixing bowls, serving bowls, a colander, cookie sheet, baking dish, dish towels, wash rags, hot pads and more. Basic essential spices, including salt and pepper, along with sugar and flour, oil and cooking spray are also in the cupboards. If there is something specific you need, just let us know and we will try to accommodate you.
There is a TV in the living area along with a DVD player and Bluetooth sound system. The sound system allows you to play music that can be heard both inside and outside the RV.
The bathroom has a toilet, tub, shower and sink, and is accessible from both an outside entrance and the interior of the camper. Four towels, washcloths and 4 rolls of RV Toilet paper will be provided (ONLY RV toilet paper is allowed).
The RV has a large, electric awning to provide shade and protection from rain. We provide five sturdy camp chairs, a double hammock, and hot dog sticks for use outside.
This camper can be used during fall, summer and spring. It's equipped with both an AC and a furnace. Hunters are welcome.
A super quiet 3500-watt generator is available for your use. It will power everything in the RV. An empty gas can will be provided.

A generator or 30 amp power source is required to run the outlets, air conditioner and microwave.
- Pets are allowed for a $25 fee, and we ask that you keep them off the furniture and bedding.
-We offer delivery for the specified fees. Additionally, we offer set up and take down services - see fee schedule.
-There is a $50 dumping fee if you choose not to empty and clean out the waste.
- If using RV during April - May and September - October, we ask that you refill the propane tanks before returning the RV, as more propane is used to run the furnace. If you choose to NOT refill the tanks, we can do it for you for a $45 fee per tank to cover the cost.
