Commonwise delivers reliable care that honors clients and their families.
We provide around-the-clock care, ranging from 4 to 24 hours per day. We also do not require a long-term contract. Our care agreements cover two-week increments, with no penalty for cancellation of services within 48 hours.
Our clients live in a variety of settings. Some reside in their own homes, with a family member or in an assisted living or nursing facility. We provide care wherever our clients call home.
We invoice directly. All services are billed hourly. Medicare does not pay for non-medical home care services, so clients pay privately or pass costs through to participating long-term care insurance providers.
Clients receive care from a custom team of caregivers, carefully selected to meet each client’s individual interests and needs. If a caregiver is not a good fit for a client, we will replace him or her with a more compatible member of our Care Team.
