Another hard day? Looking for someplace to unwind? 2M Mediterranean Market & Deli is your home away from home. Friendly atmosphere, superb food, and a staff who care. The 2M Mediterranean Market And Deli located in Dumbarton Square Shopping Center offers every sort of food from Italian to Greek. But the culinary geography extends beyond the Mediterrenean with a wide assortment of dishes from Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Lebanon. Everything is fresh and sapid with just the right blend of herbs. All ingredients are fresh, nothing frozen, no preservatives. The menu at 2M includes a Host of Sandwiches from Falafels and Gyros to Chevaps, which consist of Grilled Beef with lettuce tomatoes and onion on a Flatbread called Lepina. The Gyros are out of this world and the flatbreads, light and airy, are to die for!! The Deli also serves up Hummus, Tabouli, Cous Cous and Greek Salad. They also serve Shish Kebob, Spanikopita and Mest Pies, all of which are made on the premises. To give you an idea just how authentic everything is at this Deli, they even make their own Filo dough here. The desserts include everything from Baklava and Dataifi to Boem and special cakes. It's a comfortable space with four four- tops and minimal decor. The tables are covered with simple red-and-White checkered oilskin tablecloths. It's scaled down and has the feel of a real Deli. Here, the major interior design elements are the racks and shelves of various imported foods that you can buy and take home with you. There's a wide assortment of jams, coffees, and Sundry Herbs, Spices, Sweets and Grains. There's too much to enumerate of palatables. It's a perfect spot for a quick and good lunch. The Mediterranean Deli also prepares party trays and the staffs will cater affairs.
