Kentucky Medicaid requires applicants with income over the limit to use a Qualified Income Trust to maintain eligibility, according to the Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services. For those who served, dependents of 100% disabled veterans may receive tuition waivers at Kentucky’s public colleges and universities, according to the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs. Founding attorney Scott E. Collins created the firm after witnessing his own family rebuild from scratch with each generation.
