Absolutely gorgeous and extremely well kept pre-COVID built i.e. high quality, Jayco Greyhawk 30 XP 'Prestige" model. Has everything a family or a group of friends need for a "get away from it all" trip. The unit sleeps a total of eight and sleeps six more than comfortably. This fantastic unit makes camping or glamping super easy! Outside you will find a fully automatic awning with bright outside lights, power step, 32" television and outside shower. The features get better on the inside. Starting from the front you have a large over the cab sleep area capable of holding 750lbs, and a power slide shade. A 26" television with Blu-Ray Player and a privacy curtain. The cab itself has a six way power adjustable driver seat, heated power mirrors, an updated Garmin RV specific GPS/Entertainment unit, cruise, and of course AC. The standard jackknife sofa was replaced in 2024 with a high quality, fully reclinable love seat with a center console and cup holders. The dinette can seat four comfortably and also transform into a bed. A skylight sits above to allow natural light into the area, or not by simply closing the sliding shade. The eye catcher is the full sized AC/LP fridge and freezer that rivals some residential units. Electric or LP powered 6 gal water heater, and a 4KW on board generator along with 1000 watt inverter. You get granite style countertops with a large sink. A three burner stove and microwave oven are there too. An enclosed bathroom with shower. A sink area that leads through a sliding door to the master suite which has tons of storage, a 26" television and an upgraded Zinus Green Tea Infused Queen size bed. Blankets and linens are provided. On the road this top tier Jayco comes with the Jay Ride Plus system which includes rear stabilizer bar and heavy duty helper springs. This makes this unit much more stable on the road and really a joy to drive to your getaway spot! As of October 2020 I am happy to announce the addition of a heavy duty RoadMaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer and heavy duty Sumo support springs. These make driving and steering the unit on the open road less strenuous thus adding to your enjoyment. New for May 2023 Classy's floor was replaced with beautiful dark brown luxury vinyl that gives the unit an almost cabin like feel. Also another big update is the addition of a Houghton Belair Air Conditioner/Heat Pump in the master bedroom. This AC is AMAZING and is whisper quiet. It is remote controlled which allows you to adjust the temp without getting out of bed. The heat pump will help ward off the morning chills on a crisp day.
