Our home is located on a peaceful, prestigious street, right opposite Microsoft HQ building 34, and offers privacy and lake views. The 5-bedroom + Den+ Bonus room home fits 14 guests comfortably, and offers work desks for work-from-home setups.

We welcome gatherings with close friends/family, but large parties/noise & disturbances are strictly prohibited. Please respect the neighborhood with quiet hours after 10pm.

You'll have the entire place to yourselves with a private backyard, front garden, and plenty of parking space on the driveway!

PLEASE NOTE:

> We strive to attain the highest cleaning standards. All surfaces are sanitized, all bed linen and towels are steam-washed. We use all white bedding which ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that some hotels/vacation rentals actually do not wash all their bedding including the duvet covers!)

> The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires extra charge per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. VRBO should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".

> If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.

We are happy to accommodate same day bookings! However please check in ahead with us on available check in time for same day bookings only.

* CHECK IN & CHECK OUT *
Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is by 10 am. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available.

* NO SHOES INSIDE *
Please kindly remove your shoes while entering our house! We appreciate that you are taking care of our house!

* NO SMOKING *
Please do not smoke inside our home. Any signs of smoking will result in additional violation fee. There is plenty of outdoor space in the front and the back of the house which can be used for smoking.

* QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM *
Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm!

* NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS*
We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)

* TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS *
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in inside cans if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.

* LOST & FOUND *
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will charge $50 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)

* NO MAILBOX ACCESS *
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
