Shopping is close in Woodstock Vermont! Outdoor summer concerts every weekend at Killington and Okemo ! Hiking is close by at many parks ! Mountain biking and swimming holes within minutes of home! BASEMENT AREA IS NOT ICLUDED WITH RENTAL! I built myself an apartment in my basement area with entrance and parking in the rear of the house! I rarely use all summer, but use all winter to access skiing at Killington Mountain! FYI: All my reviews are with me there so don't be concerned ! We only run into one another if we go out of our way to meet !!
