Spanish Mediterranean features include beam ceilings, ranging from 9 feet to 15 feet, ceiling fans, and Terra-Cotta tile throughout accented with blue cobalt diamond corners.
There are approximately 600 plants on the property with over 120 palms of various sizes and a large variety of desert plants and cactus, some over 60 years old.

The bright red 14' sculpture behind the pool was created by Alexander Liberman in 1970, the late Editorial Director of all Conde Nast Publications, including Vogue Magazine. Liberman was a famous painter, photographer, and sculpture.
There are photographs throughout the house of movie stars from the "Golden Era". You will see some of the best images of Humphrey Bogart, Lana Turner, Lucille Ball, Rhonda Fleming, Lauren Bacall, Veronica Lake, Loretta Young, Aubrey Hepburn, Gene Tierney and others.
The gardens are scattered with some old mosaics created by the previous homeowners. They are colorful and whimsical in nature and no doubt took a lot of time and effort to create.
