Festival rate: $1,250 per night with a $3,500 security deposit.

No international travel.
No climbing on the roof. Entire deposit will be forfeited.
No towing unless approved in writing by the Owner. Entire deposit will be forfeited.
No off-roading. Entire deposit will be forfeited.
No festivals or tailgating unless approved in writing by the Owner. Entire deposit will be forfeited.
Drivers must be 25 years of age or older.
Discuss boondocking or dry camping with us in advance.
This RV is equipped with 7 seatbelts and should only transport 7 passengers while driving. For sleeping, it can accommodate 7 to 10 people comfortably, depending on arrangements.
Care and Cleaning
RV must be returned clean inside. Unsanitary or excessively dirty conditions will result in loss of the entire deposit plus insurance damages.
If black and gray tanks are not dumped before return, a $275 fee will apply.
If you prefer, we can handle cleaning for you. Optional cleaning service: $425.
Gas tank will be full at pick-up. Please return full. Otherwise, you will be charged the cost of fuel plus a $100 fee.
Safety and Parking
If the vehicle requires towing or hitch services, you must use a licensed towing company or the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Always park the RV on a level and dry surface. Damage caused by improper parking or surface conditions will result in loss of the entire deposit plus insurance damages.
Deposits
Guests from outside the United States must pay a minimum $3,500 security deposit.
Preparation Fee ($250 – Mandatory)
This one-time fee ensures your RV is ready for a stress-free trip. It covers professional sanitization and includes:
Unlimited High-Speed Wi-Fi (based on T-Mobile coverage)
