To give hope, encouragement, and fostering independence to those in need with an established ""low cost"" residential treatment program that creates opportunities for people to transform their lives by fostering behavioral changes that promote personal responsibility, healthy relationships, and personal changes that positively impact our communities by reducing unemployment, recidivism and homelessness."
