Dr Galante is a graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. He received his surgical training at Hoboken Medical Center (formerly St. Mary's Hospital) where he was appointed Chief resident. Dr. Galante is experienced in all aspects of foot and ankle surgery including reconstruction, trauma management, ankle arthroscopy,laser techniques and shockwave therapy of the foot. Dr Galante also has an avid interest in Sports Medicine and had the opportunity to train with a team podiatrist to the NY Giants and NJ Nets. Dr. Galante is one of the few physicians in New Jersey that is well versed in cosmetic foot and ankle surgery. His expertise lies in Spider vein erasure with virtually painless sclerotherapy techniques. He also treats excessive sweating of the feet with injections of botulinum toxin and utilizes collagen fillers to allieviate painful corns and callouses without surgical incisions. Dr. Galante is truly on the "cutting edge" of aesthetic podiatric treatments. He is also been especially popular with our Pediatric patients! Dr. Galante is passionate about health and fitness and has trained in various martial art forms for over 20 years. Dr. Galante is currently engaged to his fiancee who is a grammar school teacher in New York City.
