Big Daddy's Backyard Grill was created in 2006 by Jeff and Cynthia Kish and Mark and Sylvia Loss. Both families had moved to the Queen Creek/San Tan area of Arizona and found a tremendous need for quality restaurants. The area was experiencing rapid growth on the residential side but the amenities needed to form a solid community and keep the good people in the area and happy were lacking. We wanted to give the families a place to come, have great food and feel treated like the just stepped into a "Backyard Event" with their friends and family. Thus, Big Daddy's Backyard Grill was born. We were welcomed into the community with open arms as a breath of fresh air from the other quick service restaurants slowly catching up in the area. In addition to our exceptional staff, our food is incredible. We serve 100% Angus Beef, the best we could find, on a real grill using real mesquite to give our burgers, what we feel, is the best taste in quick service grills. Our Buffalo wings are inspired by "The Anchor Bar" in Buffalo New York. This is where the first Buffalo wings were created in 1964 and we continue to use the original sauces. Our hand dipped onion rings are cooked to order and have been commented on as the best onion rings anywhere. Everything is cooked over mesquite. Our hot dogs are 100% Beef. We have a condiment bar where you can load up all of your favorite topping on your sandwiches. We drive to Hatch New Mexico every few months to buy the green chilies that we serve in the restaurant & everything that is fried is fried in a Zero Trans fat oil. Our commitment to the best tasting, high quality food and our fast, friendly, family oriented service is the core of our business and will continue to be so as we grow to other communities. We believe that to really become a successful business you must have the support of and be involved in the local community.
