The main floor features a fully functional state of the art kitchen, a beautiful dining area and gathering area for any large group. Living room includes a 70" smart TV, free Wi Fi and half bath. Walk out your front door to a huge sun soaked Coralina patio surrounding the pool, relax on a lounge chair or have a cocktail in the pool on your built-in seats or a floating lounge. There's a shady pergola with tables and chairs to get out of the sun, have some food or just read a book, when the sun goes down the poolside landscape lighting allows you to enjoy the ambiance and the night air. Unit 1 is a sprawling 1,200 square foot upstairs A/C cooled apartment that sleeps 4, featuring a huge upgraded kitchen and dining area, spacious living room with smart TV, free Wi Fi and sitting area, 3 French doors lead to a full length balcony with a large table and chairs to take in the beauty of the neighborhood. Master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and private full bath while the spare room features two full beds, huge closets and a separate full bath.
