The villa is designed for efficiency, with foam insulation that keeps indoor temperatures pleasant. High ceilings ranging from ten to twelve feet create an airy atmosphere. The outdoor amenities are remarkable: a heated infinity pool, a poolside kitchen, and a 60-pound capacity icemaker, perfect for entertaining.
For those who love the water, four kayaks with life jackets and safety equipment are included, making it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Inside, you’ll find designer-grade furniture and high bb-end appliances, including an Italian kitchen with a porcelain top, a home theater equipped with an 82” Samsung QLED TV and SONOS sound system, and a 42" smart TV in the master bedroom.
