Spacious and very comfortable apartment. Furnished with a Queen BedSet in Master Room with Dresser & 32 'LCD-TV, also a Second room with a Full BedSet and a Dresser unit & 32'LCD-Sony TV both with a full closet, and a Third room with one BunkBed that accommodates 3 kids (or 2-adults and 1-kid), all rooms have A/C and have full size closets. Spacious balcony, kitchen with all stainless steel equipments, micro, washer/dryer, 46' TV set with home theater system (DVD, and music system)
Peña Mar Ocean Club is a well secured complex with 24 hour security. The development has three pools +1 children's pool, 1 tennis court, one basketball court, one Jacuzzi, walking track, Gym, playground and clubhouse. The view from the balcony is spectacular. You can see Villa Marina, Palomino, Palominito islands and on a clear day you can see Culebra and St. Thomas.

The complex is very safe with 24 hours security and gated entrance. Snorkeling trips are 1 minute away (at the marina you see from the deck); Playa Seven Seas is a beautiful and uncrowded beach; a nature reserve w/ guided tours is 5 mins; and El Yunque Caribbean National Forest is 20 mins. Grocery shopping is 2 mins away. Also, you can take a ferry (5 minutes away) or an airplane on the local airport to visit Culebra and Vieques islands. El Conquistador Resort and the golf course are 3 minutes away. Walking distance to Marinas where you can go for a day sail to Icacos, Palominos, Ramos among other islands. San Juan is only one hour away
Located in Fajardo, this condo is on the waterfront. El Conquistador Golf Course and Ceiba Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore El Yunque National Forest and Luquillo Beach. Carabali Rainforest Park and Las Cabezas de San Juan Nature Reserve are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
