This villa is located on 2 acres of lush, private oceanfront property. There are four villas on the property: 2 are rented long term and two are available for short term rental; owner lives on the ground floor where you will also find Fusion Floral Art & Gift Gallery featuring work of local artists. A wooded landscaped path leads you to our own private beach right behind Fusion Beach Villas. From here, you can walk to popular Jobos Beach ( 5 minute walk) and surf, swim, sip cocktails at the bar or simply lounge on the beach and watch the action.

Our oceanfront GARDEN studio located on the ground floor is equipped with kitchen (1/2 size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave) queen bed, sofa, air conditioning, ceiling fan, 32" flat screen TV w/ROKU, free high speed wi-fi. Double glass doors open onto a partially covered oceanfacing balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking the yard / lounge areas.
