It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances and a modern bathroom. The condo has 2 very quiet ( mini split) remote air conditioners, a private pool for guest only, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24 hour doorman/ security guard. Sorry no pets and/ or smoking allowed in condominium. Condominium Covid 19 procedure may include but not limited to daily temperature checks at front desk and mask wearing in common areas of the complex is mandatory.
