Located on a pristine Princeville ocean bluff, our 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom condo is truly amazing! Sit and enjoy both ocean and mountain views in every room of this condo. Waking up, you can enjoy the best Kauai has to offer with the stunning crystal blue ocean and look to the left and see the green majestic mountain views. The Princeville Resort area is unique because it offers world famous beaches with snorkeling and scuba diving, hiking, surfing, golf, boating, kayaking, horse back riding and more.

Our condo offers 2 extremely spacious bedrooms that allows it to sleep 6 people very comfortably. Guest bedroom #1 offers a Queen size bed with plenty of space & a great Mountain view & an ocean view. The second guest bedroom is HUGE. 2 queen size beds, 2 full closets & a private bath allow you to really enjoy and relax & is perfect for teens/kids as it does give plenty of room to move around. This condo is extremely clean & is stocked with Luxury sheets & bedding, deluxe bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen including pancake griddle, blenders, coffee maker, rice cooker, waffle maker & more. Each room has ceiling fans which are essential in Kauai for keeping the rooms cool all day. All these items in the condo are BRAND NEW! The Hawaiin style furniture is extremely comfortable with plenty of seating & plenty of room to enjoy some of the extra amenities. Stocked with fun board games, cards, puzzles and books- the condo is set & ready for you to enjoy fun times playing games at the kitchen bar, or on the deck enjoying an evening under kauai stars or gazing at your mountain or ocean view. Do not worry, we also have full TV coverage including all your channels such as ESPN so you do not miss a football game, BRAVO, LIFETIME, plus about 150 more channels, DVD player & more. High speed internet/wifi is available to check your email in between your strolls to the beach or hiking the falls within minutes of our condo. The condo facilities also offer a newly resurfaced pool with lots of pool seating, private BBQ grills, and perfectly manicured landscaping which allow you to really enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the ocean which surrounds you. There is also plenty of parking conveniently located right outside the unit for easy access. Because the condo is located right on the cliffs, you can relax & enjoy the seasonal crossing of the whales and watch as they pass right in front of you from December through March. You can also be delighted by the sounds of the Kauai birds that flood your ears (especially at sun down) and assist you to relax on the back deck. Remember, the unofficial bird of Kauai is the rooster, so you may want to bring ear plugs for the early morning wake up call!!

The best thing about the condo( besides the amazing views) is that everything is at your finger tips. There is a trail that leads to Queens Bath, Turtle Cove( directly below you) and to Hidden Beach. These are within a 10- 20 minute hike of the condo and well worth the walk. The beaches around the condo are beautiful and have ranked yearly in the World's top 20 beaches. There is also hiking that will take you to unreal waterfalls & the majestic Na Pali Coast Line. The Na Pali Coast Line is unforgettable & a must see spots. You do not want to miss this. You also have the spectacular scuba sites at Tunnels beach and great snorkeling at Secrets Beach and even Anini. No Matter where you look, there is something for everyone to do.
