I have been with Weichert going on 9 years. I got licensed going on 3 years ago. It has been a crazy 2+ years, since this pandemic started. We have been busier than ever. So many people wanted to move out of the cities. Now they can and work remotely! I personally have transacted many more deals than I would have, because there has been such need for good, trustworthy, active agents! I work hard and effectively. No one wants their time wasted, least if all me. I won’t waste your time. I like to think it has something to do with pricing them right and marketing them well. I use the Weichert tools available to us including the nation-wide marketing plan. I very recently listed a home on a 25-acre property in the dead of winter for $549,995 and within about 6 weeks (with Christmas and New Years in the middle of those 6 weeks) we had 2 competing offers! The seller has told me he is very happy with the offer he chose and the work we did for him to get him the best offer for his home. On a personal note, I moved here 24 years ago from Sacamento California because my husband’s job got transferred out here. We moved with our then 9-year-old identical twin girls and our 6-year-old daughter. Now that ‘baby’ is turning 30 very soon and one of the twins has had a daughter of her own. My first granddaughter, Rory, was born last year. My husband just retired, after 37 years with the same company. But I’m enjoying being a REALTOR® too much to retire right now!
