This home is a stylish and comfortable place to call your home away from home.

The real highlights of the home are the 1800 m2 private garden a swimming pool where you can sit in the sunshine and enjoy the fresh air and also stylishly decorated and spacious interiors.

The living area combines tasteful interior decor with lovely finishing touches to create a beautiful place to stay. Take the weight off your feet, chill out on the sofa and make yourself at home!

In the kitchen, you’ll find all the modern appliances you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.

The master bedroom, the second bedroom and the third bedroom have super comfortable king size beds where the fourth bedroom has two super cosy single beds with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in. Black-out blinds keep the room dark so you can always get a good night’s rest and wake up refreshed.

The fifth bedroom, meanwhile, boasts two cosy double beds also fitted with high-quality linens to ensure you enjoy a great night’s sleep.

You can freshen up in the three well-appointed bathrooms where you can either enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub or wake up in the morning to an energising shower. Towels and toiletries will be provided.

The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.

## Access

You will have the whole place to yourself. There is also a dishwasher in the apartment that you can use. We will provide you with the products needed for it, as well as basic supplies for cooking and shower. The whole place is available. The apartment is located in a Golf Court.

You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Lisbon aren’t soundproofed.

## Interaction

My friends at Hostmaker are looking after my home while I am away; they are a short-lets management service team who know Lisbon like the back of their hand! ## Neighborhood

Palmela and its castle the vineyards and Wine Houses, Setúbal with its castle, the traditional City, the crystal-clear beaches of Arrábida and Comporta. From there it is very easy to go to Alentejo and beautiful Évora.

Café and restaurant inside the Golf course and a lot of restaurants in Palmela e Setúbal (very close).

## Transit

The best and only real viable way to reach the house is by car.

## Notes

-The house's capacity is for 10 people. No additional guests allowed.

-The property can be accessed through the street level. There is also an internal staircase.

-Do not leave unsupervised children by the pool, as it is not lifeguarded.

-Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating, but heaters and fans will be provided.

-Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than two high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Please keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machines, hairdryers, kettles, toasters, fans, etc. Guests will be charged €40 if the electricity trips due to overuse.

-Check-in and keys: please note there will be a €25 fee for check-ins before 8 am and after 8 pm
- If guests lock themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a 50€ fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

-Please note the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up.

-Please be eco-friendly and turn off all the lights and electrical appliances (such as heaters and fans) when you leave the apartment.

-City tax and ID: Government-mandated city tax of €2 per person per day (except children under 12 years), will be charged to you at check-in and your Government ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws. Please note that city tax is only applicable for a maximum of seven days continuously and we do not accept cash.
This vacation home is located in Palmela. Setubal Museum and Igreja de Jesus are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Casa Ermelinda Freitas and Bacalhoa Winery.
