I'm a private owner agreed to rent for short/mid term.
My Funchal 2 room apartment is tidy, confortable, clean, full equiped, with fast WIFI and good support all over your stay.
It is located in a residential popular area with all facilities around.
Please read the rules and conditions to approve and sign.
I stay at your disposal for any further information

Agreement for stay & service (AL self catering)

Please send ALL guests ID (data or photo) to our legal registration with the authorities (SEF). Entry will be schedule after receiving the ID (including children and nationals NIF)

o Age limits: children over 6YO; responsible member over 25 YO

o NO PETS at any time (severe allergies)

o You agree to cover any damage from 100€ caused by your group
Please declare anomalies or accident in 24h. Do not try to fix it yourself.

1) CONDITIONS
Self catering. House is provided with welcome starters (for bathroom & kitchen)

You have the unit use in solo but the number of rooms available changes with the rate:
a) Basic rate covers one room available, max. 2 persons.
b) Extra room is available for max 2 persons 10€/day/person.

°CHECHIN / CHECKOUT:
Checkin: 09h-21h,
keys + useful information + rules to sign
Checkout: until 11h.
keys are to give back personally before leaving

Note: The apt has no mail box available for guest use

2) (*) LEGAL REGISTRATION :

Please send ID data or photo of ALL guest’s travelers (for our SEF authorities declaration)
Maximum persons alowed = 4

✓ Full name (&gender), Date of birth, Country of birth Country of residence
✓ Nationality, document type (passeport or id card), document Number Issuing country/validity
✓ Date and time of arrival, Date and time of departure
For nationals: NIF

3) LIMITS:
° House rules to sign, all Ids mandatory, limits of age
° 4 persons maximum, no pets
° No parties/events, only residential use
° Silence time 22h-6:00h

4) CLEANING
Weekly cleaning is mandatory over a week (cf. local regulation ref. at last photo). Weekly cleaning is scheduled and the (trustfull) staff has the keys to enrty (date/hour is not flexible).

Please make this points safe:
- Keep your belongings (textiles, papers, shoes, etc.) out of the surfaces to clean.
- Free the room being cleaned
- Throw the garbage in the containers outside
- do not let used dishes out of the dishwasher
- Do not manipulate the linen stocks, it is changed once per week; avoid using white towels outside.

5) PEOPLE & GOODS SECURITY:
- The house has all the security equipment required by law.
- All doors and windows must stay closed during absence at your
responsibility.
ACCIDENTS/injuries
The hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness,
damages
that occurs during the stay that are not due to defect equipment’s at
the host responsibility.
DAMAGES due to guests:
Please report immediately by text any damages/anomalies. Guests are not responsible for normal wear and tear. Do not fix the goods yourself

Located in Funchal, this apartment is in the city center and by the ocean. CR7 Museum and Universo de Memorias Joao Carlos Abreu are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Lido Bathing Complex and Ponta Gorda Bathing Complex. Funchal Municipal Garden and Museum of Natural History are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain climbing and ecotours nearby.
