Endlessly charming home with crown moldings, plaster medallions, hardwood floors, bay windows, original front and rear staircases, pocket doors, ten foot ceilings and granite front stoop. Double living room, dining room, three bedrooms with full or queen beds, one full bath upstairs and one three quarter bath downstairs. Bathrooms and kitchen are dated but functional. Rear patio and garden.
We have two high end sleep sofas in the living room and parlor, which makes flexible sleeping arrangements easy.

Please note: This historic row-house does not have any off-street parking. There is parking on the street and it is rare not to find a spot nearby immediately.
