Christi Chavez, PTA, is a Physical Therapist Assistant for Select Physical Therapy’s Portage outpatient physical therapy center located at Portage, 6678 US Highway 6, Portage, IN. She has achieved success in the treatment of post -op spinal fusions and rehab for the general orthopedic population.

She earned an Associate of Science, Physical Therapist Assistant at Ivy Tech in 1999. Christi is also CPR certified. She has completed numerous continuing education courses including:
