Two Crab is the perfect beach retreat! Every detail of the property is well thought out and is the perfect getaway for a small family, or couples wanting to enjoy the beach and get away from it all!
The driveway is located under the property and will easily accommodate two cars and a small boat. The outside shower is enclosed and has hot-cold running water. The foyer has adequate storage for hats and leashes and there is a bench too! The beautifully decorated living room has tile flooring, two sofas (sleeper sofa and loveseat), slipper chair w/ottoman and window seat as well as a large rug for the living area. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player. The living area also has a hutch and desk w/lamp. The first level deck is screened in to enjoy the outside during the day or night. The table has seating for 4, additional 2 chairs, and a gas grill.
The dining area seats 6 and has a large overhead light perfect for playing games or just enjoying great conversation! The recently updated kitchen has granite counter tops, coordinating back-splash, side by side refrigerator. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay!
The laundry area is also located on the first floor and laundry detergent is provided. There is also a half bath on this level.
Off of the kitchen area is a breakfast nook with lighting and seats 4. This is perfect to enjoy that first cup of coffee and plan the day!
The second level has two bedrooms w/private baths and decks. The master bedroom overlooks the larger pond at Barrier Dunes, it has a king bed, dresser, chest of drawers, closet and flat screen TV. The private open deck has seating for two and provides a lovely view of the pond. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, private water closet, double vanity with additional lighting. The second bedroom is located on the opposite side of the master bedroom so that each room offers privacy. The second bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, rocking chair, nautical decor, flat screen TV, and private balcony.
Two Crab is located in Barrier Dunes, an exclusive gated community with two swimming pools (one is gulf front), lighted tennis courts, paved lighted streets, playground, stocked fishing ponds, and three beach accesses. Barrier Dunes is also located less than 5 minutes to St. Joseph's State Park, a 2000 acre state park that has a boat landing, 3 miles of paved roadways, beautiful beaches and access to the bay and gulf.
We provide all towels and linens, start-up of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dish washing detergent. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible.
