The Little Yellow House is a first tier, two bedroom, two bath, pet-friendly house. It is located just across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet neighborhood that has very few rental properties in it. The lots are very wide which offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. There is dedicated neighborhood access to both the bay and the gulf and we provide a beach wagon to haul your gear around.
This property does not accomodate children.
All stays have a three night minimum, 6 night minimum in the summer, with a Sunday check-in and/or check-out.
To all stays, add $110 for cleaning, Stays of longer than 2 weeks will be charged an additional $50 for cleaning. Linens are included for two people for 1 week. Additional guests and longer stays are $2/day/guest. 7% sales tax and 5% lodging tax will be added. Pet fee is $60 for first pet $40 for second.. Two pet maximum. There is a 3% surcharge if not paying by check. Checks are accepted up to two weeks before check-in.
