Dr. Samantha Beck grew up here in South Florida and attended Plantation High School. Dr. Beck completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee and then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine for her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Beck is the mother of one very active son and can be found most afternoons on either the baseball or soccer fields. When she isn't "playing mom's taxi" for her son, Dr. Beck is chasing after her standard poodle "Patrick, arguing with her Amazon parrot Elvis or cleaning up after one of her two cats, Batman and Scooby.

Dr. Beck's interests include challenging Small Animal Medicine cases and zoonosis education. As both a mother and a doctor, Dr. Beck feels it is her duty and responsibility to help educate clients on parasite prevention and diseases that can be transferred from pets to people. Dr. Beck has been part of the Vca family for seven years.
