This lightweight trailer (only 2970 lbs of Unloaded Vehicle Weight aka Dry Weight. It's the weight before you load your personal belongings or fill the tanks) can be towed by most SUVs or delivered right to your driveway for convenience. Whether you are heading out for a weekend in nature or need a short-term solution while your Kitchen is being remodelled, Bathroom is under repair, Guests are visiting or you are between moves, this trailer offers a clean and flexible space.
Special Note: Our $99/night rate applies to temporary stays (home use) such as remodels, repairs or guest housing. Guest can travel maximum of 40 miles for Temporary stays. For travel or camping rentals, please select "Camping & Travel Add On" while booking.

Cleaning & Rules:
• We try our best to keep trailer clean and fresh for every guest
• Please return it in the same clean condition

• No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed
→ Violations will result in security deposit deductions
• Usually Not available for Burning Man
How frequent to dump RV waste?
With my experience, I recommend waiting until the Grey/Black tanks are two-third full. Wear disposable gloves. Make sure the sewer hose is properly inserted in the sewer hole at campsite and then first open Black tank lever, let it all empty until you see from the transparent connector that no waste is coming. With the black tank valve still open, let the Grey tank flush out.

No pets and no smoking or vaping in the trailer, please. Kindly note that any violation of these rules may result in a fee being deducted from your security deposit. Thanks!
